Cabbage Pakoda
- 1.ttCabbage t- 200 gms
- 2.ttChopped Green chillyt- 3 nos
- 3.ttChopped curry leaves -2 sprig
- 4.ttChopped coriander leavest-2 sprig
- 5.ttGram flour - 1 cup
- 6.ttRice flour - 1/2 cup
- 7.ttCorn flour t-2 tbsp
- 8.ttSalt t-To taste
- 9.ttTurmeric powdert- 1/2 tsp
- 10.ttChili powdert-11/2 tsp
- 11.ttAsafoedita t-1/4 tsp
- 12.ttBaking powdert-2 pinch
- 13.ttMSG-Ajinomoto t-4 gms
- 14.ttWater t-As required
- 15.ttRefined oilt-For deep frying
- Clean & cut the cabbage square shape or Cubes then keep it aside.
- Take one pan and add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour ,salt all powder spices along with baking powder and Ajinomoto then add water as required make a fine batter.(not too watery).
- Add chopped cabbage, green chilli chopped coriander and curry leaves into the batter and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan add that cabbage gently, not at one time, fry until crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
