Sausage, Chicken, And Pepper Subs

  1. Spritz a skillet with cooking spray, place over medium heat, and cook the sausage, chicken, garlic, and onion. Stir occasionally to cook evenly.
  2. Liquify the canned pepper, parsley, water, salt, and pepper together in the blender
  3. Add the puree to the chicken, adding water if needed, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Cut open the rolls, fill with the chicken and sausage mixture, and add a slice of cheese. Serve.
