Onion Fritters

  1. Break the egg into a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add the water and the lemon juice.
  3. Mix.
  4. Add all the chickpea flour and mix well with a whisk.
  5. Put in the salt, cayenne pepper, garam masala, cumin seeds, ground cumin, turmeric, green chili, and cilantro.
  6. Mix well and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
  7. Mix again with a whisk.
  8. The batter should be of a droppable consistency.
  9. Put the oil for deep-frying in a wok or deep fryer and set over medium heat.
