Broken Glass Salad

  1. Dissolve each package of Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour into shallow pans to jell.
  2. Take 1 package Knox gelatine and dissolve in 1/4 cup cold water.
  3. Bring 1 cup of pineapple juice to a boil.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and the plain gelatin.
  5. Mix and set aside to cool thoroughly.
  6. Crush 24 graham crackers and mix with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup soft butter.
  7. Press 1/2 cracker mix in the bottom of an 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
  8. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream.
  9. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Fold in gelatin pineapple mixture.
  10. Cut the strawberry, orange and lime Jell-O into squares and add to whipped cream mixture. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top.
  11. Chill overnight.
