Hazelnut Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add the hazelnut flour to a skillet and toast on medium heat for a few minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, add the flours, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, add the nutter, egg, and milk. Mix well.
  5. Combine both bowls and beat swiftly but briefly.
  6. Line a muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.
  7. Fill each case 2/3 full with batter and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  9. Garnish with chocolate sauce and a hazelnut on top.
