Cheese Tray
- 3 ounces blue cheese chunk of quality
- 4 ounces goat cheese chunk of quality
- 4 ounces brie cheese chunk of quality
- 4 ounces sheep's milk cheese chunk of quality
- 1 bunch grapes
- 2 cups fruit other seasonal, strawberries, pears, plums etc.
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup dried fruit Dried cranberries, apricots etc
- 1 baguette
- 2 cups crackers
- Wash and pat dry fruit. Snip grape bunch into smaller clusters.
- Arrange the grapes in the middle of the plate to resemble an in-tact bunch of grapes.
- Slice the other fruit and place it around the grapes.
- Place cheeses on separate parts of the cheese tray. Leave some cheese whole and provide cheese knives, or thinly slice and provide tongs.
- Sprinkle almonds all together on one side of the cheese tray and add the dried fruit to another side.
- Serve with a sliced baguette and crackers.
