Barbequed Pulled Pork Sandwich And Baked Beans

  1. Mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, chile peppers, garlic powder, mustard, celery seed, cayenne, apple juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, barbeque sauce, and garlic. Pour over the pork and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Place the entire contents of the container into a pressure cooker and cook until it begins to fall apart. If there is too much liquid, pour into a saucepan, cook on high heat until thickened, and add back into the pork mixture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
  4. Place the pork into a heavy baking dish and bake for 3 hours.
  5. Combine the beans with the pineapple, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, bacon, salt, pepper, and mustard. Heat in a pan.
  6. Place the pork mixture into hamburger rolls and serve with extra barbecue sauce and with the beans on the side.
