Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
- chickens 4 med.
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 18 ounces sauce Bullseye Hickory smoke
- barbecue sauce 1, 18 oz. bottle reg. flavor
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 yellow pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons seasoning fried chicken
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 cup honey
- salt
- pepper
- Boil 4 medium chickens until tender, cool, remove skin from chicken and pull chicken from bone. Place in crock pot and pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Turn crock pot on high until chicken and sauce comes to a boil, ready to serve. Serve on buns.
- BARBECUE SAUCE: Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the 4 medium chickens that have been pulled from the bone.
