Peanut Butter Cookies With A Twist

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, sesame seed and baking soda.
  2. In a large mixer bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds or until softened. Add brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg; beat well on medium speed.
  3. Add flour mixture, beating on low speed until combined.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll in wheat germ.
  6. Place 2-inches apart on a greased cookie sheet and gently flatten with the bottom of a glass.
  7. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown on the bottom.
  8. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Makes about 60 cookies.
