Salad With Pork Chops
- 4 servings
- 1 zucchini unpeeled
- 1 turnip
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 bunch chives
- olive oil
- 3 pork chops
- mustard seeds ground, to taste
- salt
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard L'Ancienne
- Cut the ends of the zucchini, and grate.
- Peel the turnips and grate.
- Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the zucchini, turnips, and cucumber. Distribute in four plates.
- Sprinkle each plate with chopped garlic, chopped chives, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the pork chops with a little salt, and the ground mustard. Once cooked, cut in small pieces, and place on top of the salad in each plate.
- For the sauce, in a small serving dish, add some olive oil with some chives, and mustard, and stir well.
