Shrimp Boil
- 1 lb large headless shrimp
- 9 new potatoes
- 4 ears or corn
- 2 sausages
- Crab boil
- This is a fun meal that requires very little effort. Place the potatoes in a large pot a boiling water along with the crab boil. When the potatoes are almost done drop in the chopped up sausages, and the
- corn.
- WARNING the corn will absorb the crab boil and if left in very long
- will be VERY SPICY, so it's best to use precooked frozen corn, if you insist
- on fresh, cook the corn in a separate pot before adding it to the crab boil.
- When everything is almost done drop in the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink.
- Drain off the water and dump into a huge bowl, serve with butter, cocktail
- sauce and lots of napkins. Want a real seafood feast, try adding crawfish, king crab legs and lobster to
- the boil.
