Hot Tortilla Casserole

  1. In 9 x 13-inch dish, spray Pam.
  2. Crunch chips and cover bottom of dish.
  3. Open tamales.
  4. Save some juice.
  5. Lay tamales in dish; sprinkle cheese and add Texas Pete.
  6. In separate bowl, mix chilli and refried beans with one bottle of Tennessee Sunshine.
  7. After mixed, add juice of tamales.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Spread chili mixture over tamales.
  10. Cover well.
  11. Add another layer of crushed chips. Spread remaining cheese.
  12. Add last bottle of Tennessee Sunshine. Preheat oven at 375u0b0 and bake for 45 minutes or until it bubbles at and around the sides.
