Celery Au Gratin(Serves 4 Or 5)

  1. Over low heat melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a small saucepan. Blend in flour, dill weed, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Add grated Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. Fold cooked celery, chopped peanuts, pimiento and onions into sauce.
  6. Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
  7. Combine bread crumbs and melted margarine.
  8. Sprinkle over mixture.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
  10. Serve immediately.
