Mushroom And Spinach Caesar Salad

  1. Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms; place in salad bowl. Combine oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
  2. Pour over mushrooms; toss well to coat.
  3. Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
  4. Add to salad bowl along with croutons, onion and cheese; toss lightly.
  5. Add egg and toss until egg is not visible.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Yields 6 portions.
