Chicken, Sun-Dried Tomatoes And Broccoli Over Penne

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Saute garlic until lightly browned.
  3. Add chicken; saute for 3 minutes, then push chicken to sides of pan.
  4. Add broccoli; saute until crisp and tender.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, basil, red pepper, white wine and chicken broth; saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Add butter.
  7. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat; add cooked pasta and toss lightly.
