Crunchy Caramelised Apples And Vanilla

  1. Saute the apples in a large frying pan over a medium heat with the butter, sugar and cinnamon for approximately 15 minutes, until the apple is soft in texture.
  2. Mix together the crumbled biscuits and chopped nuts.
  3. Warm the caramel sauce in a small pan or in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Divide the apple mixture between 4 serving plates or ramekins.
  5. Sprinkle over the biscuit mix.
  6. Scoop balls of Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream and place 1 on top of the biscuit mix on each plate.
  7. Serve drizzled with the hot caramel sauce.
