Chicken Broccoli Slaw Stir Fry
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts : cubed
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup mushroom chopped, any kind will work
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- Cut chicken into cubes and set aside
- In a large non stick skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, onion, and green pepper to oil and cook about 5 minutes
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet.
- Add vinaigrette, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir all ingredients together and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add chopped mushroom and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Add broccoli slaw.
- Stir often while cooking, until slaw is at desired consistency.
