- 1 3/16 cups dark chocolate
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 9/16 cup marshmallows or mini-marmallows
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Butter a rectangular or round pan and line the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter (cut into pieces) in a bowl in the microwave.
- Add the sugar and vanilla powder. Mix well.
- Add the whole eggs and whisk.
- Stir in the flour and yeast.
- Add marshmallows (cut into 4 pieces) or mini-marshmallows, and pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil so the top does not brown too much, and bake for another 10 minutes. The cake should still be moist in the middle.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool before unmolding.
- Cut into slices or squares.
- Serve warm or cold.
