Navidi'S Coconut Lime Shrimp
- 6 ounces white balsamic vinegar Navidi's Coconut
- 6 ounces olive oil Navidi's Persian Lime
- 1 chile small, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice fresh squeezed
- 1 pound large shrimp
- sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375
- Or BBQ 2 to 3 minutes per side
- Combine Navidi's Coconut Balsamic, Navidi's Lime Olive Oil, chilies, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a shallow dish.
- Marinate shrimp in mixtures for 15 to 20 minutes
- Season with Navidi's Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Remove Shrimp from dish and place on lightly oiled baking dish (Navidi's Persian Lime Oil works great here.)
- bake for 5 to 7 minutes or bbq 2 to 3 minutes per side on skewer
