Caffé Tower

  1. Cut 8 slices of Madeira cake approximately 2cm thick.
  2. Punch 4 circles approximately 6cm in diameter and 4 circles approximately 4cms in diameter from the cake slices using a fluted cutter.
  3. Mix the coffee and Tia Maria(R) in a small bowl.
  4. Dip the 4 larger cake discs quickly into the coffee mix. Lay each circle onto 4 serving plates.
  5. Scoop 4 balls of Carte D'Or Lavazza Ice Cream and place 1 on top of each sponge circle.
  6. Dip the remaining 4 sponge circles quickly into the coffee mix, place on top of the ice cream balls.
  7. Decorate with chocolate shavings and dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Serve with a second scoop of Carte D'Or Lavazza Ice Cream.
