Fried Octopus Titbits

  1. Start by cutting the octopus into small pieces.
  2. Reserve.
  3. Mince the onion and sprigs of parsley very well and add the octopus.
  4. In a large bowl beat the eggs.
  5. Then add the milk and beat again.
  6. Continue adding the flour and water alternately.
  7. Beat well until smooth.
  8. Finally add the octopus previously put on standby with the onion and parsley.
  9. Season it with salt and a pinch of pepper.
  10. Let the mixture rest while the oil heats.
  11. The codfish fritters should be fried with spoonfuls into abundant and hot oil.
  12. When they are golden brown, remove and place on absorbent paper.
  13. Serve it with a very sprouty bean rice!
