Spaghetti With Octopus

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti, and cook to al dente. When it's ready, drain, and run under cold water.
  2. In small saucepan, boil the eggs.
  3. Heat a large skillet with a generous amount olive oil on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. When they start to brown, add the octopus, and sprinkle with lemon juice:
  4. Add the chopped coriander and the bell pepper. Let cook for a while, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large bowl, grate the cooked eggs, and add the olives. Add the spaghetti, and mix. Add the octopus, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and mix.
  6. Serve.
