Roasted Salmon + Savory Herb Salsa Verde

  1. Preheat over to 400.
  2. Arrange salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Season with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet and desired doneness.
  5. While the salmon is cooking, combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  6. Pulse to combine to desired consistency
  7. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  8. Serve the salmon with the Salsa Verde.
