Indian Summer Chili - Great Party Food

  1. Heat a large pot over medium to medium high heat.
  2. Add oil and the turkey.
  3. Season the meat with Picante Passion or Bayou Blackening Balm.
  4. Break up the meat with the back of a wooden spoon into small crumbles.
  5. Brown meat 5 minutes, then add onions and bell peppers and cook 10 minutes more.
  6. Add beer and deglaze the pan, scraping up the drippings and cooking off the alcohol.
  7. Add corn kernels, carrot and shredded zucchini.
  8. Stir in Cajun White Bean Chili and tomato sauce and bring to a bubble.
  9. Let chili simmer 10 minutes.
  10. Adjust seasonings and heat level to your taste.
  11. Remove from heat and serve.
