Fusilli With Chicken, Ham And Croutons

  1. Cook fusilli pasta according to directions. When done, refresh under cold water. Place in a serving bowl.
  2. In the meanwhile, heat a smidgen of olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic, and cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken, and cook until well browned, adjusting the seasoning with a little bit of salt and lemon juice.
  4. Add some of the ham slices cut in chunks, and scatter with some croutons. Mix.
  5. To serve, garnish with remaining ham, croutons, and olives.
