One-Dish Chicken Shortcake

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Melt margarine in a 10-inch saute pan; add onion and saute until soft.
  3. Remove from the heat and add chicken, sour cream, thyme, sage, salt, drained mushrooms and 1/2 cup of the grated cheese.
  4. Set aside.
