Chicken Masala

  1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces (~3cm).
  2. Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.
  3. Season chicken with 1 tsp masala powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp water within 5 mins.
  4. Heat the pan, pour in the melted butter.
  5. Stir-fried tomatoes and onions in butter. Season with 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  6. Add the seasoned chicken into the pan and stir well until the chicken is cooked.
  7. Season with 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp masala powder.
  8. Reduce the heat and slow cook in 15 more mins.
  9. Add cream. Stir well.
  10. All done. Off the gas. Use coriander for garnish.
