Puff Pastry Tart With Chicken Filling

  1. Preheat oven to 200u0b0C (approximately 400u0b0F).
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and saute mushrooms.
  3. Add shredded chicken and mix well.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and place it in a pie pan or in a baking dish with high sides.
  5. Spread the mushroom and chicken mixture on the bottom of the dish.
  6. Add corn and soybeans.
  7. Beat eggs with the cream, add the seasonings and pour over vegetables.
  8. Carefully arrange cabbage tips and sliced radishes on top.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes on lower rack of oven.
  10. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
