Puff Pastry Tart With Chicken Filling
- 1/2 package Paris mushrooms fresh
- olive oil
- chicken
- meat
- 1 puff pastry fresh
- 1/2 can corn
- 1/2 can soybeans
- 3 eggs
- 6 3/4 tablespoons cream skim, or soy cream
- sea salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- nutmeg to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 6 cabbage tips with flower
- 2 radishes
- Preheat oven to 200u0b0C (approximately 400u0b0F).
- Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and saute mushrooms.
- Add shredded chicken and mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry and place it in a pie pan or in a baking dish with high sides.
- Spread the mushroom and chicken mixture on the bottom of the dish.
- Add corn and soybeans.
- Beat eggs with the cream, add the seasonings and pour over vegetables.
- Carefully arrange cabbage tips and sliced radishes on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes on lower rack of oven.
- Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
