Coriander Pork With Baby Bok Choy
- 300 grams pork thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup carrots thinly sliced
- 1 inch baby bok choy bunch of, cut quarters from the base
- 1/2 cup coriander roughly chopped
- 1 onion small, cut into small wedges
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- Heat oil in a wok. Add the onion and garlic, cook. Add the pork and cook well. Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir. Add a little water too to lighted the sauce.
- Add in the carrots and stir. Add the baby bok choy and stir until cooked.
- Add the coriander last and cook lightly. Serve with rice.
