German Chocolate Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the chocolate and water in a pan and cooknver low heat until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Beat your sugar and butter until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla until combined.neat on medium speed for one minute.
  4. Beat in the melted chocolate. Add the buttermilk and flour mixture alternatelyno the mix until combined.
  5. Pour batter into your pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, take a toothpick around thendge of the cake, and let cool.
  7. Make your frosting by creaming the butter,nntil it is fluffy. Add the powdered sugar,nhocolate, milk and vanilla.nix together.
  8. Make the coconut pecan frosting by putting your egg,nvaporated milk, sugar and butter. Cook for 12 minutesnver medium heat until thick.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut and the pecans.nover and let cool.
  10. Pipe chocolate frosting on the cake and top it withnhe chocolate pecan frosting.narnish with a pecan half
