Ort Chicken Kiev Style

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Pound breasts very thin.
  3. Spread with 1/4 cup softened margarine and set aside.
  4. Blend 1/2 cup margarine with herbs and set aside in small saucepan.
  5. Place a cheese stick in center of each chicken breast; roll up like jelly roll.
  6. Coat rolls with flour; dip in eggs, then bread crumbs.
  7. Arrange in well buttered pan in single layer.
  8. Melt margarine-herb blend and spoon over chicken.
  9. Scatter mushrooms.
  10. Bake 20 minutes.
  11. Pour wine over and bake 20 minutes more.
