Homemade Cereal Bars

  1. Add the 3 cups of cereal of your choice in a bowl
  2. Add the 2-3 tablespoons of honey or low fat jam (whichever you prefer) in a separate bowl.
  3. Put the bowl with the honey or low fat jam in the microwave for 30 seconds for a more liquid substance
  4. Incorporate the egg white to the bowl with the honey or low fat and mix.
  5. Add the bowl with incorporated egg white and honey/low fat jam to the bowl with the cereal.
  6. Mix the mixture well.
  7. Once well mixed sprinkle cinamon (optional)
  8. Add the mixture into a oven-safe rectangular platter (TIP: place parchment paper to the platter to serve the cereal bars easily)
  9. Add berries or slices of banana on top to aid to the cereal bar's flavor (optional
  10. Place the platter into the oven on low-mid temp
  11. Take the platter from the oven and cut the desired size of the cereal bars. Let them cool and serve :)
