Toast Four Ways

- 1) Smoked Salmon + Tzatziki + Cracked PeppernnSmear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons of Cava Tzatziki. Top with a few pieces of fresh smoked salmon and finish with fresh cracked pepper.

- 3) Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus + Apples + Maple Drizzle + CinnamonnnFor Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus:nhisk one container Cava Greek Yogurt hummus, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 lemon, juiced. Adjust syrup quantity to your taste.nnTo assemble, smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons of Maple-Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Hummus. Top with a few slices of apple, a light drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- 4) Greek Yogurt + Citrus-Roasted Pears + Honey Drizzle + Chia SeedsnnFor citrus-roasted pear:nreheat oven to 375u0b0F. Stir together 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Thinly slice 3-4 Bosc pears (slightly under-ripe). Add pear slices and juice of one grapefruit to a bowl. Marinate for 5-10 minutes. Arrange pears in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Roast the pears for 15 minutes. Turn the pears over and continue roasting for 10-15 minutes longer, until tender and lightly golden.nnTo assemble, smear a slice of toast with 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt. Top with a few slices of roasted pears, a drizzle of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon or so of chia seeds.
