Green Chili Chicken

  1. Boil chicken with onion and seasonings until tender.
  2. Cool until easy to handle.
  3. Remove bones from chicken and put pieces in a large, buttered casserole.
  4. Layer top of chicken with torn pieces of tortillas.
  5. Next, layer with green chilies, mixed with sour cream.
  6. Repeat layer of tortilla pieces, topped with Cheddar cheese, using a generous amount of cheese.
  7. Place another layer of tortilla pieces over cheese and top with a layer of Jack cheese. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until heated through and cheeses are all melted.
