Mascarpone And Gelatin Delights

  1. Make the gelatin according to directions, and let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk the mascarpone with the Greek yogurt to a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Gradually, add the powdered sugar to taste.
  4. Whisk the egg whites with two tablespoons of sugar, and gently mix with the cheese and yogurt mixture.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Pour the gelatin in dessert dish (save a little bit for decoration), and let it solidify.
  7. When gelatin is ready, cover with yogurt cream and mascarpone, flatten, and refrigerate.
  8. In a saucepan, heat the berries with a little sugar, and stir for a few minutes.
  9. When it cools, pour this jam over the mascarpone and Greek yogurt.
  10. Garnish with crushed meringue and gelatin in various shapes (use cookies cutters).
