Vegetable Beef Stroganoff
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced, rings separated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can (13 3/4 oz.) beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. browning agent, flavor enhancer (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. fresh or frozen cut up vegetables
- 2 cans (4 oz. each) mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
- Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain.
- Mix dressing and flour; gradually stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, browning agent/flavor enhancer and pepper.
- Pour over meat mixture; simmer 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and mushrooms; cover.
- Continue simmering 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and serve over.
- Makes 6 servings.
