French Toast With Apples, Pomegranate, & Greek Yogurt.

  1. Cut apples into slices, mix with a pinch cinnamon.
  2. Brown in butter until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, add milk and maple syrup. Mix.
  4. Add the orange blossom water.
  5. Dip the bread slices in the mix until completely saturated.
  6. Remove gently.
  7. Place the almond slivers on the bread.
  8. Cook the bread slices in a hot, buttered pan. Brown a few minutes.
  9. Place the toast on a plate, top with apples, and a spoonful of Greek yogurt. Scatter with pomegranate seeds.
  10. Pour on a generous amount of maple syrup.
