Black Bean And Rice Soup

  1. In a 12 inch skillet, cook sausage on medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Place sausage on paper towel to drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients except rice in a crock pot.
  4. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours.
  5. Cook rice as directed.
  6. Serve soup hot over cooked rice.
