Chicken Breasts With Farinheira Sausage

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, dry them with kitchen paper and cut them into thin slices, distributing them on a baking tray.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts in half and place them over top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt. Just use a little, since the sausage will provide more seasoning
  4. Open the sausage, remove the skin and cover the chicken breasts with the filling.
  5. Put a lot of mozzarella cheese over top of the sausage and chicken.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes, until it is well toasted. Serve accompanied with white rice.
