Baked Crabmeat Spread

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add red pepper, onions and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and pepper; cook 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk; cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Remove from heat; fold in crabmeat.
  7. Pour into greased 9-inch pan; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with Melba toast rounds.
