Spicy Veggie Burger

  1. 1. Stir together the beans, chillies, breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, chopped oignon, tomato puree, and the spices. Crush the mix until it gets doughy.
  2. 2. Shape the preparation into two circles. Determine their size according to the size of the buns.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven on the grill setting. Put the slices of pineapple on a slightly oiled baking tray. Dust them with chopped mint leaves, cover with a thin syrup layer and let them roast until golden brown.
  4. 4. Put 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan and wait until it is very warm. Leave softly the vegan steaks in the pan watching closely to make sure it doesn't burn. Turn them over from time to time.
  5. 5. Put the buns in the oven to heat them up a little.
  6. 6. Once almost ready, add the syrup and the teriyaki sauce.
  7. 7. Cut the buns in two and put some salad on the bottom. Cover with the steaks, add the pineapple slice.
  8. 8. Place the mustard in the frying pan. Mix with the syrup and pour on the steaks.
