Mushroom Noodles

  1. Heat broth in a saucepan.
  2. Preheat oven to 200u0b0C (approximately 400u0b0F).
  3. Dice onion.
  4. Heat oil in a large, ovenproof pan and saute onion and season with salt.
  5. Add skinless sausages pieces to pan with onion and fry sausage.
  6. Clean and chop mushrooms and add to pan.
  7. Crush garlic cloves and add to pan.
  8. Saute briefly.
  9. Add noodles.
  10. Stir and continue to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  11. Increase heat to high and add hot broth until noodles are covered.
  12. Season with salt and boil for about 5 minutes.
  13. Place pan in oven for 5-6 minutes.
  14. Let stand briefly before serving.
  15. If desired, top with garlic sauce.
