3 Cereals Bread
- 1 3/8 ounces baker's yeast
- 2 9/16 cups warm water
- 5/8 cup oatmeal
- 7/8 cup corn flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 2/3 cups wheat flour
- 2 15/16 cups rye flour
- 4 3/4 tablespoons rye lightly crushed
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- linseed to taste
- sunflower seeds to taste
- sesame seeds to taste
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and place in the bread machine bowl.
- Add oil and remaining ingredients except for the seeds.
- Select desired setting for bread and the maximum weight, as this bread is quite large.
- Allow to rise.
- Before the final baking cycle, score the surface of dough with several shallow cuts and sprinkle with seeds.
- Remove baked bread and let cool on a wire rack.
