Almond Butter Popcorn
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 ounces microwave popcorn popped
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup Jif Creamy Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- HEAT oven to 275u0b0F. Coat 15 x 10-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Place popcorn in extra-large bowl.
- COMBINE corn syrup and sugar in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, almond butter, vanilla, baking soda and salt until smooth. Pour over popcorn. Stir until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking pan.
- BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Break into pieces.
