Mallow Coconut Fudgies

  1. Preheat a medium saucepan. Place the butter in saucepan and stir until melted. Reduce to low and add the chocolate morsel. After chocolate is melted, remove from heat.
  2. Crush the pretzels to about the size of dimes. Add them to the chocolate mixture along with the marshmallows.
  3. Place two pastry papapers or wax paper on the counter and transfer the chocolate mixture. Spread out the chocolate evenly. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top. Mold the mixture into a long roll, about 1 -2 inches thick. It should look like a huge tootsie roll.
  4. Chill the "tootsie roll" for an hour.
  5. When the roll is chilled or firm, cut slices about 1/4 inch thick with a serrated knife.
  6. Serve. Keep uneaten pieces chilled.
