Mallow Coconut Fudgies
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 4 ounces milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup marshmellows mini
- 2 cups white chocolate Pretzel Crisps, & peppermint pretzels, crushed
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup hemp hearts
- 6 tablespoons butter
- Preheat a medium saucepan. Place the butter in saucepan and stir until melted. Reduce to low and add the chocolate morsel. After chocolate is melted, remove from heat.
- Crush the pretzels to about the size of dimes. Add them to the chocolate mixture along with the marshmallows.
- Place two pastry papapers or wax paper on the counter and transfer the chocolate mixture. Spread out the chocolate evenly. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top. Mold the mixture into a long roll, about 1 -2 inches thick. It should look like a huge tootsie roll.
- Chill the "tootsie roll" for an hour.
- When the roll is chilled or firm, cut slices about 1/4 inch thick with a serrated knife.
- Serve. Keep uneaten pieces chilled.
