Spicy Chicken Tenders With Honey
- 1 box chicken Shore Lunch(R) Classic Fried
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- honey for serving
- Add the oil to a large stock pot and heat to 375 u0b0F.
- Mix the Lunch Shore(R) Classic Fried Chicken Mix, cayenne pepper, black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion powder in a large shallow dish.
- Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken tender into the milk and then coat all sides with the breading mix.
- Carefully add 3-4 chicken tenders to the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Using long handled tongs carefully remove the tenders from the oil to a plate lined with paper towels. Fry the remaining chicken.
- Drizzle the hot tenders with honey and serve immediately.
