Peanutbutter & Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cup soft brown sugar
- 1 9/16 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/3 tablespoons Nutella
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium egg
- 4 3/4 tablespoons chocolate chips small
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
- Cream the sugar, peanut butter, nutella and butter together until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and put in the chocolate chips and stir them into the mixture with the flour to make a fairly firm dough.
- Use a teaspoon to divide the mixture into various pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Arrange the balls on a lined baking tray, allowing plenty of room for the biscuits to spread.
- Bake the biscuits in a moderate oven (350F/180c.) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Lift the biscuits off the baking trays and place on to wire trays and allow to cool.
