Kay'S Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream together the sugars and butter that has softened. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients (flour, soda and salt).
  2. Add the vanilla and almond extracts; beat well.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. (Caution:
  5. This is a very thick dough.)
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
  9. Makes about 3 dozen.
