Choco Layer Delight
- 2 and a 1/2 packets of your favourite biscuits (choc digestives, oreos, te bics...ext)
- angel delight (2 packs of choco flavour)
- a hand full of straberries (16-18)
- double cream, 800ml
- 3tblsp of confectioners sugar
- 1-3tblsp butter
- 600ml semi skimmed milk
- beat the biscuites with a spoon, so they are small crumbs, Next, add the butter so the biscuits are 'stuck' together (not completely).
- generously make your first layer inside a bowl by making a thin layer of it at the bottom. be sure to have half the crumbled biscuits left over.
- next make one packet of angel delight by following the instructions. then add all of this to your bowl to form the next layer. REMEMBER: IT SHOULD REMAIN NEAT SO IT LOOKS DELICIOUS.
- chop 8 strawberries in circles and add them on top of the angel delight.
- add the sugar to the double cream (in a seperate bowl) and whisk it lightly so it becomes fluffy. REMEMBER: don't over handle it because it will turn into butter. you then add 2/3 of this to the bowl to make another layer.
- sprinkle 3/4 of the biscuites (that is left) to make the next layer.
- now make the second packet of angel delight (by following the instructions on it) to form the next layer.
- after that, mix the remaining cream & biscuits together and add it to the bowl.
- finally, make a pattern with the remaining strawberries and then put the bowl in the fridge for 1-1/2 hours.
- ENJOY!!!
