Burger Beet And Spinach
- 4 beets medium
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup oat whole, flakes
- 1 onion medium
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 mozzarella cheese oog grated, feta cheese can use either to taste
- chopped parsley
- salt / pepper qs
- coconut oil qb, healthier, you can use what you prefer
- 7/8 eggs for monitoring
- Peel and grate the beets, chop or grate also the onion, garlic and spinach.nlace the grated vegetables in a large bowl.ndd olive oil, eggs and oatmeal, mix everything well.ndd the grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, mix again. Book for about 30 minutes so that oats may absorb the liquid that drop out beets and spinach.
